The whole field is classed as a HOT Zone so Eye Protection MUST be worn at all times. Milsims do require a Vast amount of Preparation and Dedication. We do suggest that people fully understand the level of this event and come fully prepared to “Eat, Sleep, Fight” in the field with no access to going back to your vehicle unless it is an Emergency.
The MAIN HQ Located in GRID (H8), It is classed as a SAFE Zone. There will be an area inside the MAIN HQ that participants can enter to FIX their EYE PROTECTION. DO NOT cross into the commander’s area of the MAIN HQ. Intel can be bought and sold to the commanders with PROP Money. Each team will have a small amount of PROP money issued at the beginning of the game. It will be up to the Platoon Leaders to pick and choose what they want to BUY and SELL as for Intel.
Platoon HQ buildings. NATO Platoon HQ located in GRID (E4), REBEL Platoon HQ located in GRID (M9). These HQ Buildings are Classed as SAFE Zones at all times. If you have a Gear Issue like EYE Protection. You are to Enter your Platoon HQ to fix the issue. There will be back up EYE Pro at each Platoon HQ. You are not required to walk to the MAIN HQ or Exit the Battle Markers to Fix your gear. That’s what the Platoon HQs are for. Platoon Leaders will brief their Squad Leaders of the upcoming OPORD in the Platoon HQ and then the Squad Leaders will go to their Squads Camp and brief them of the OPORD. There will be a Area outside of each Platoon HQ for briefings. If a Squad Chooses to have a FOB to hold Sectors for the Sector Control it is up to the Squad Leader to (In Charge) Hold the FOB position and send the Platoon Leader Back to the Platoon HQ to brief on the Next Mission then head back to the FOB to brief his Squad.
Field Camping. We will allow field camping at this event. BUT it is the Platoon Leaders Responsibility to make sure all the rules of Engagement are followed. If you are in a FOB and Field Camping not at your Platoon HQ camp site then there is NO AMMO restriction on getting attacked. If you need to field Reload your MAGS you are allowed to Field Reload your MAGs. The AMMO Restrictions only apply when you are Operating on an OPORD. If you are Holding Checkpoints as an OPORD for Defense then you MUST follow AMMO Restrictions and can NOT call it a FOB with unlimited ammo so there will be NO Field reloading of MAGs.
